It's Not All Girly ... I Promise

Hello Hapi People!

Thank you to everyone who is sharing my blog! I really appreciate your support. Also, to those of you who are new ... Welcome! You are officially one of my Hapi People lol.

Now I know the blog looks a bit girly, and yes that was its original intention, but I'm here to tell you its not all girly. I know my boyfriend will read this and think "Thank goodness!" haha! I just want to come here and talk - relate to other people if I can and share with all of you.

Quick! Help! I'm Stressin'!

Hello Hapi People!

Can you feel it? Spring is in the air, birds are chirping, flowers are blooming and .... STRESS IS HERE!!!

Spring can be a stressful time for everyone because a lot of events are happening. School is wrapping so students have finals and projects. Some people are graduating and moving on to college, grad school or higher, or going into the real world. Its tax season ... which speaks for itself. You may be looking for a summer job or trying to plan for the summer. Anyways, like I've said in a previous post, spring is a time for change and challenges. If you are like me, when I hear those words I think "Bring on the stress!" lol

Being Real Ya'll

This post was supposed to go out yesterday but I spent a lovely evening with my boyfriend after a very long week of barely seeing each other and decided that was priority. It’s been a long week of finals and I’m almost done. Those of you who have been to school know how stressful it is during finals. I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to post about this topic of school and finals but, I want to be honest and real. In the spirit honesty, I have to say ... this semester sucked! It was horrible and I wasn't at school the majority of the time. It was difficult for me to be there from being sick, anxious, and not being able to sleep. It is the last week of school. I have been doing my best to rest up for this week and take my exams. I have one more to do this weekend but I'm pretty much done. I know judgment will come but honestly it could have been worse.

Positivi-tea

Hello Hapi People!

I'm looking at my calendar and its nearly the end of April - I can hardly believe it. This spring has been a beautiful one with wonderful weather here in Florida. Spring is always a time of change and this spring definitely has been a change in pace for me. Life has presented new challenges and delights that I have not before experienced. From challenges with my voice and school, thinking about the future, and having a serious and healthy relationship ... its a lot to take in. I believe though, that I let the challenges blind me from the opportunities and positivities in my life. I do try to look for the positives and blessings in my life. I thankfully have people in my life (who are blessings themselves) who remind me of them.
